How I study for my Harvard final exams

Finals. Exams. Essays. Papers. What to say about it?

It is that time of the year where you have to “expand" your brains and load in all the information accumulated from 5 months worth of studying and then dump them all out in refined sentences and explanations in less than 3 hours. Many dread it. Many never want to take it again. Many even learned the materials for the first time from the class by taking this exam. Why is it so powerful? And how can we conquer it? People from history have done it before, so can YOU and I.

In this video, I will be documenting my entire final period during the spring semester of my Junior year at Harvard and sharing some tips to help you become more mindful, engaged, motivated, and successful in taking your final exams. Nothing is impossible, the challenges are only hard if you perceive it to be.

Would love to hear what habits you guys use in your daily life. Let me know in the comment section below!
